Hevazia, registered under number 928 440 192, whose registered office is located at 229 Rue Saint-Honoré, 75001 Paris, France.


2. PURPOSE

These General Terms and Conditions define the terms of access and use of the Hevazia.com website, as well as the conditions applicable to the services offered through the platform.


3. SERVICES OFFERED

Hevazia is a platform specialized in the rental and sale of high-end furnished real estate. Services include:

  • Publishing real estate listings (from the owner or partners),

  • Support with rental or sales transactions,

  • Concierge services (reception, housekeeping, etc.),

  • Personalized search tools,

  • Administrative and operational property management,

  • Use of analytics tools (Google Analytics).

The platform is free to use and does not require account creation. Some services may be subject to payment (see terms of sale below).


4. TERMS OF USE

4.1 Access and Operation

Users may freely browse Hevazia.com. Access is continuous except during maintenance or force majeure. Users agree not to disrupt the proper functioning of the website.

4.2 Liability

Halva Maksym does not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of information published by third-party partners and cannot be held liable for any damages arising from the use of the site.

4.3 Intellectual Property

All content on the site is the exclusive property of Halva Maksym. Any reproduction, representation, or distribution without prior authorization is prohibited.

4.4 Personal Data

Hevazia uses Google Analytics to improve user experience. Newsletter subscription is optional. Your data is processed in accordance with GDPR. You may request the deletion or modification of your data at any time by contacting us.

4.5 Cookies

Cookies may be used for navigation and audience measurement purposes. You may disable them in your browser settings.


5. TERMS OF SALE

5.1 Paid Services

Certain services provided by Hevazia are paid:

  • Featured listings,

  • Concierge services (housekeeping, reception),

  • Support for real estate transactions,

  • À la carte services.

Payments are made by credit card or bank transfer.

5.2 Withdrawal

In accordance with Articles L221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, the client has a 14-day withdrawal right from the date of order, except in cases where:

  • The service has been fully performed before the end of the withdrawal period,

  • The service has begun with the client’s express agreement.

5.3 Cancellation / Termination

  • Users may request deletion of their data or cancellation of a service at any time by emailing contact@hevazia.com.

  • In case of breach of the Terms, Hevazia may terminate a service or restrict access without compensation.

5.4 Delivery Times

Services are provided within the agreed timeframe between parties. In case of delay, the client will be informed as soon as possible.

5.5 Liability

Hevazia acts as an intermediary and shall not be held liable for disputes between buyers/sellers or landlords/tenants. However, any concierge or property management services carried out directly by Hevazia fall under its responsibility.


 

6. REFUND POLICY

6.1 General Principle

Hevazia strives to ensure the satisfaction of its clients. However, under certain circumstances, a refund may be granted in accordance with the conditions set forth below.

6.2 Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may be granted only in the following cases:

  • Cancellation by the client within the legal withdrawal period (see Article 5.2 above).

  • Cancellation of a service (e.g., concierge, housekeeping, reception) by the client, provided the cancellation request complies with the deadlines mentioned below.

  • Service-related issues directly attributable to Hevazia (e.g., service not performed, service not as described).

  • Cancellation by Hevazia due to exceptional circumstances (force majeure, unavailability of the property, or inability to deliver the agreed service).

6.3 Exclusions from Refunds

No refund will be granted in the following situations:

  • Client cancellation after the scheduled service date (no-show).

  • Early departure or interruption of stay by the client.

  • Issues caused by third parties (owners, tenants, partners) beyond Hevazia’s direct control.

  • Services already fully performed before the refund request.

6.4 Time Frame for Refund Requests

Any refund request must be submitted in writing to contact@hevazia.com within a maximum of 14 days from:

  • the scheduled date of the canceled service, or

  • the date on which the issue justifying the refund occurred.

Beyond this period, refund requests will not be considered.

6.5 Refund Method

  • Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method used at the time of purchase (credit card or bank transfer).

  • Processing of refunds may take up to 14 business days after approval by our services.

  • No administrative fees will be applied, except in cases where specific banking fees are incurred (these remain the responsibility of the client).

7. APPLICABLE LAW AND DISPUTES

These conditions are governed by French law. In case of dispute, the parties agree to seek an amicable resolution before initiating legal proceedings. Failing that, the courts of Paris shall have exclusive jurisdiction.


8. MODIFICATION OF THE TERMS

Halva Maksym reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. Users will be informed via a notice on the website. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
